Friday Night Picks is built to need as little of your information as possible.
You never create an account, and we never ask for your name or email address. Picks, follows and votes are tied to a random identifier stored on your own device. Handles you choose for leagues and chat are whatever you type, and we ask you not to use your real name.
Your picks, team follows, votes, chat messages, and score reports, each tied to that random device identifier. Analytics events such as page views, with no personal information in them.
We do not sell data. We do not run personalized advertising. Any sponsorship on a team page is placed by the sponsor for everyone who views that page, not targeted at you. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Push notifications only happen if you turn them on, and you can turn them off in your browser at any time. The directions link on a team page opens your own maps app; we never see or store your location.
The site is hosted on Vercel and data is stored with Turso. Both process data on our behalf. Fonts load from Google Fonts.
Want a chat message, handle, or score report removed? Email us and we will remove it.
